I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember—performing for artists, companies, and live shows has been a major part of my life. Dance has always connected me to my body, helping me stay strong, lean, and healthy. But beyond just performance, I’ve found a deep passion for helping others feel the same way in their own bodies.

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’m committed to guiding you on a fitness journey that builds strength, confidence, and a balanced lifestyle.
